DISIONIC LEAKAGE: Leak testing your systems
Originally developed for testing CNC gas-powered special-purpose vehicles, the DISIONIC LEAKAGE has been successfully established in many other industries. The system consists of two components: the filling station and the hand-held measuring device. The filling station is used for filling and building up a defined pressure within the target system. The hand-held measuring device, the so-called sniffer, is used to detect leaks. By combining both devices, you can check that your products are leakproof and ensure the reliability and quality of your systems.
Areas of application
The DISIONIC LEAKAGE fills the system to be examined with a gas mixture (usually forming gas) that can be detected by the detection device. Various pressure ranges can be built up in the target system. The unit can generate a maximum working pressure of 300 bar. The DISIONIC LEAKAGE has a mobile gas sniffer system that allows your employee to inspect the target system for leaks at specified points. The system is designed as an in-process or post-process solution for production lines. However, the handy sniffer can also be used on the go.
Properties of DISIONIC LEAKAGE
The test station impresses with its robust construction and high level of durability. The superstructure is mounted on mobile bearings so that the system can be moved freely within the production area. The compact design includes all necessary functions for testing, evaluating and further processing of all test values. The individual components have been carefully selected to ensure optimum process reliability. In cooperation with the company Jumtec, the device has been optimised for interacting with the mobile gas test stand from Dimensionics. The mobile device can store up to 60 measuring points. The data is then exported via a USB interface. The software environment we have developed processes this data and can visually output certificates, labels or protocols according to customer specifications or make them available for QM via the installed printer.
